Potatoes waffle with smoked salmon and lemon chantilly, accompanied by an orange and arugula salad with walnuts.

MAIN COURSE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN 3 OPTIONS

1 . Porter House of 350 grams served with a black truffle sauce, tomato stuffed with goat cheese, mashed potatoes and cinnamon corn.

2. Surf & Turf: Filet mignon with gorgonzola cream sauce and 200 grams of lobster tail served with herb garlic butter, accompanied by roasted asparagus, sautéed mushrooms and gratin dauphinois.

3. Quail with tangerine and honey sauce, accom panied by capellini with garlic and lemon, with soutéed vegetables.
