We suggest booking at least a day in advance as spots are limited and based on availability.
Is the ship accessible for individuals with mobility issues or those using wheelchairs?
Yes, the ship is equipped with a ramp for boarding, and there's a restroom on the main deck along with a dining area, which is accessible without using stairs.
Do you offer transportation from hotels?
Yes, for an additional fee, we provide transportation from any hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya.
What's the cost of the Port Fee?
The port tax is subject to change but currently stands at approximately $16 USD. Both credit cards and cash are accepted.
